Part of creating a landscape is slowly developing a plan, but most importantly enjoying the process! Our tip to you is to work on your garden for and hour or two when you have the time, and worry less about filling the garden up right away!

Find a Focal Point

Any good garden design has a focal point or series of focal points, and it's an easy principle to put in place in landscape design for beginners. That may be a sculpture or a stunning plant, a tree, or a series of shrubs. Once you have chosen the focal point of your garden you can start building the landscape around it! Tara Valley's Instant Landscape Range is perfect for exactly this! Our grasses carry these characteristics:

  • All four grasses grow well in full sun or shade.

  • They are easy to maintain.

  • Drought tolerant.

  • Look spectacular in mass plantings.
